1). Diamond Polishing Through Solar Energy – 

At Hari Krishna Exports Diamond Company in US, we have taken several initiatives to control our carbon footprint and become more environmentally sustainable. Our one such initiative is #hkbybeyondcarbonneutral – using solar energy to power our diamond polishing operations. We have installed several solar-powered plants on our factory’s roof that generate enough electricity to power our entire polishing operation. Using solar energy has reduced our dependence on non-renewable sources and significantly lowered our carbon emissions.

2). Diamond Traceability – 

Diamond traceability is becoming increasingly important to consumers in the jewellery industry, particularly eco-conscious consumers interested in sustainable products. We understand the importance of ethical sourcing and responsible mining practices, and we are committed to meeting the demands of our customers by providing complete transparency and traceability. We have collaborated with iTraceiT, a software solution provider, to implement cutting-edge technology for diamond traceability. This partnership combines our industry-leading expertise to ensure transparency, ethical practices, and customer satisfaction.

To ensure that our diamonds are ethically sourced and processed, we source our rough diamonds only from reputable suppliers who comply with an authorised scheme. We also have a comprehensive system to track the origin and journey of each diamond we process, from its rough origins to its final sale to the customer. This allows individuals to directly track their purchase and trace it back to its origins, providing them with peace of mind and assurance that the diamonds they purchase are ethically sourced.
