Just a few days back, we shared with you the diamond manufacturing process that renders shining diamonds from a rough stone. Here we will share the procedure of how we make diamonds out of us.

As we all know the diamond manufacturing process is very time-taking and requires consistent highest alertness, so any person can feel tired. So, we have developed an in-house relaxation room where one can take a massage and relax whenever they feel tired. It enriches the quality of work delivered.

Apart from that, we have an automatic system popularly known as Pneumatic Tubes that enables the quicker and safer movement of diamonds to different divisions through the custodian department in a factory. This way, we have made the product communication channel of the organization extremely smooth.
Speaking of product communication, considering product security and ensuring transparency with our customers we keep the traceability of the stone on each stage of manufacturing from rough to polish.
HK has a strict policy of a ‘single piece – single barcoding system’ on our server through which unique numbers are generated in the system for every single piece irrespective of its carat weight.
This system has two definite advantages including that our employees can work without having any stress about product safety and we can backtrace the product though our server history with ultra HD pictures and videos of each production process, even in micro-detail upon request.
In many interviews, pioneers of the Hari Krishna Exports expressed that we don’t do social work all alone, what we do is business or what we call it is a ‘social business’.

If we find any uncertainty in an internal audit, we immediately request experts in the industry to come and give their opinion to make improvements; after all, nothing is above the health of our family.
Also, we periodically monitor the health of the HK family and arrange special medical checks for those who are exposed to any hazardous processes of manufacturing.
